Product need better Quality Assurance! Product arrived with an edge that was unfinished! I have since finished with my own stain and mounted the shelf in my kitchen but for the price, I was disappointed. Manufacturer made no attempt to compensate me for this blunder!

30x6 shelves Very accommodating customer service, easy to install, very clear instructions. It helps to have a second pair of hands to hold the bracket level as you get a couple of screws in. The hidden brackets really add to the charm.

I purchased the reclaimed wood floating shelves for use in a small guest bathroom remodel. The shelves are perfect and the wood is so pretty. My contractor had to purchase different screws because our old house has plaster walls—but it worked beautifully. I highly recommend your product! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordering was simple and the shelves we bought shipped promptly. The reclaimed wood shelves are just what we wanted to accent our newly remodeled kitchen. I can’t speak for the regular shelves but if you are ordering and desire a level finish on your shelf do not order the reclaimed. We expected it and are happy with the shelves but some may not. The only nit I have to pick is that the cut out on the back of our shelves did not fit level to the wall bracket. They were slightly askew and made leveling the shelves themselves more difficult. I called about the 36” shelf to see if they did this to level the shelf and it seemed they did not. The company did refund 15% if I kept the shelf and I did so. The same was true of the 48” shelves but I didn’t seek any further adjustment. To be fair, this may only occur with the reclaimed shelves, I didn’t order any of their regular wooden shelves.
Overall, very pleased with the shelving and the company. If the need arises to add more shelves to our h9me we will use Urbandi again.

The shelves were/are definitely what I was wanting. They will ultimately look good on my kitchen tile wall.
I say ultimately because both of them were NOT finished. They were only partially finished. I had to go to hope depot, purchase matching stain, and apply it to unfinished parts of the shelves.
Somewhat disappointing considering the cost. I think probably QC (quality control) took the day off that day.
Again, I like the reclaimed wood, and mounting system… they will look good which is why I didn’t return them. But………. They most certainly should have arrived to me in pristine condition…. Ready to mount! And THAT THEY DID NOT!

Ordered 48x8 and it showed up in a few days. Awesome piece of wood with a 1/4” steel mounting bracket. Very happy with the purchase and end result. My wife wanted a shelf for her vining plants and she loves it. Highly recommend and very pleased.

After a lot of shopping around I settled on these floating shelves. I chose 3 lengths in a 8" deep shelf. They are very heavy and sturdy, as well as the mounting hardware. So much prettier than 5he mass produced shelves in big box stores. I can't wait to get them mounted in my new addition. I would recommend these and would buy from them again.

Great product. The fastening rails were dead on accurate! The start of the rails and the rods that you slide the beams into were all equally spaced. Nice to see there are still well made products out there!

I wish I would have bought these shelves sooner! Real, solid wood - not the fake flimsy shelves you get at big box stores. The steel rod made hanging these easy and they stay flush to the wall - no wobbling! Worth the price!
