On average, our floating shelves securely hold 25–55 lbs per stud when installed into wall studs with the included brackets. For deeper or longer shelves, we recommend adding extra support brackets for maximum strength.

If you need us to hold your order for a later delivery or pickup date, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can typically hold your order for up to 30 days at no additional charge.

We carefully package each piece to protect it during transit. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery. 

• Smaller shelves and mantels are shipped via UPS or FedEx in heavy-duty boxes with protective padding. 
• Larger mantels and tables are shipped by freight carriers on a pallet to ensure safe delivery.

Yes, all of our products come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions (such as moisture or direct heat).
