I ordered three different sizes of J brackets, the last order for the 6" brackets was directed to Etsy who cancelled the order due to issues with the manufacturer. My wife and I really like the shelves, but trying to get the materials, advertised by Urbandi, for a special alcove has been an ordeal. I am now committed so I will keep trying Paul Rocheleau 804 677 2985

The brackets are fine, but the small component of a larger order, including your high value shelves. I still have no information regarding shipment schedule for the shelves , and I had to go through a reseller, Etsy, to get the smaller bracket sizes needed for the project. Glad to discuss my experience

I haven't installed them yet, bet they appear to be of excellent quality and all hardware is included which many other manufacturers don't include.

I'm not happy with the processing/ shipping updates. From the looks of the original order everything shipped out as planned. I have had the brackets for over a week now and absolutely no updates on the shelves that i ordered with the brackets. No emails etc telling me that they weren't coming or if they are coming later. I still do not have the shelves and no emails or updates as to when I may or may not get them. Not sure if I should be sending the brackets back and ordering somewhere else.
