Are your products made from real wood?

Yes, all of our products are made from solid wood. We never use processed materials like particle board or MDF. Some pieces, like our fireplace mantels, are built with a hollow design for easier installation and better pricing, but they’re still crafted from real solid wood.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 2-6 days, depending on where you are located.

Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping, but it only applies to the shipping speed. All orders are made by hand and we’re not able to expedite production. Shipping cost depends on the product size and your location.

Can I return or exchange an item?
