Hand-made high-quality 3" thick hollow contemporary floating shelf. Our modern floating shelves are hand-hewn and made with love and passion. Each shelf will have its own unique grain and will have knots. Dimensions may vary slightly from selected due to the nature of the wood and the time effect on it. Easy to install, we will provide all the installation materials needed.

Care
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and household cleaners to protect the finish. Hardware may loosen over time, periodically check that all connections are tight.

Disappointed. It took longer than anticipated to receive. Wrong hardware was sent; I had to go out to buy my own. Insert is made of inexpensive pine that bowed within the first 6 hours under the weight of a soundbar. I had to invest an additional $75 to correct the issue. Obviously, there are no QC or QA departments associated with the products of this company.

If you offered more size options we would order more. We had to cut them down to 30 inches and I hated that we had to do this because of the finished look.
Make more options of allow customers to share their size needs. Several other sites do this.

I was expecting solid wood shelves that I had to drill out and take 2 hours to install, but these came ready to install. I only had to drill holes in the wood brackets, level and screw them to the wall. Easy enough! Will definitely recommend

I’m really disappointed with the wall bracket, which are made of lightweight wood (pine?) and don’t appear to be strong enough to hold any weight on the shelf. I hope I’m wrong, but from watching install videos I expected metal brackets.

They ended up beautiful but boy oh boy they should throw those plastic anchors away. The hardware store told me the only way to hang properly was toggle anchors (metal). I almost gave up on hanging them but glad I didn't.

Very disappointed in the product.
We put 6 butterfly wall mount plugs, 2 into studs, 4 into drywall into the wood support. We put 4 slim books onto the shelf and by the next day it had gone from level to the bubble completely out of the markers on the level.
My installer saw the wood support bracket and asked "did you make this yourself?"

Was surprised that the shelf wasn’t a solid piece of wood with metal brackets like the other 1.75 shelf I ordered, but that was my oversight and I like the wood bracket better than the metal (much easier to install and get level) and the shelf is sturdy despite being hollow. Looks great!

Great quality product. Shipping took a bit longer than originally projected, but worth the wait. Hung both shelves in laundry room in less than a half hour. Sturdy, modern, really well finished. Worth the price for sure, I did not want to build them myself and mine wouldn't have turned out this nice regardless.

These look good but that's about all I can say. The most miserable installation and worst instructions I've ever seen. Worst "bracket" I've ever tried to install, and I've installed shelves from The Container Store, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, etc., but these take the cake. The bracket doesn't come close to resembling what is in your instructional video, was NOT predrilled (it was a clunky wood thing!) and was a nightmare to line up with the shelf itself. It was SO thick that the wood screws that were sent barely stuck out a 1/4 inch past it and into the wall, so they wouldn't reach a wall stud anyway. Furthermore, you sent the cheapest possible plastic drywall "self-drill" anchors, all of which stripped out on me and I had to go to the hardware store to replace them. It took me the better part of 2 days to install 5 shelves and all I can say is, NEVER AGAIN will I order from this store. What a disappointment. If I weren't faced with a massive hassle and shipping charges, I'd sent this whole mess back.

LOVE the one shelf I received. However, everything from the pictures to the description caused me to believe this would be TWO shelves instead of one shelf. Even the email asked me to review my order for The SHELVES, not the shelf. Under quantity in my order it says “1,” however, the picture once again shows to. Anything that is in a pair it is one quantity, I have one pair of socks. So, even though it said one, I thought it was one order of the two shelves. This was extremely disappointing. The shelf itself is gorgeous, smells like I’m in a wood mill am I love it! But I believed I was ordering two which seems like false advertisement, or at least trickery.

We are happy with the quality of the shelves themselves but the mounting brackets were inconsistent and the mounting hardware unusable. Also, on of the mounting brackets had a large piece missing on one of the shelf supports. See photo. In addition, we had six (four foot) shelves and the mounting brackets were not consistent. Some were 40 inches long and some were 44 inches long. Some had three shelf supports and others only had two. Very inconsistent and made installation more difficult than it needed to be. In addition, the hardware provided was unusable. The long screws were not nearly long enough to go through the mounting bracket, drywall and enough into a wall stud for it to be safe. We ended up using both toggle drywall anchors and 4" screws to studs to mount the brackets on the wall and it is a night and day difference. I think you should consider spending an extra few dollars on much better mounting hardware to save your customers a lot of headache. I would also, make sure that the mounting brackets are consistently made so those of us who purchase multiple units of the same size have it easier.
Another recommendation would be for the new hardware to be T25 instead of phillips as it can be very difficult with slippage to screw in a phillips screw into a stud. You would include the T25 Torx bit in with the hardware. The better hardware couldn't cost more than $5 for each shelf and would certainly make the customer experience a lot better.

In the description it says shelves but you're getting only ONE shelf. I called customer service and they told me, all their shelves are sold single. Then they should maybe change the online presentation...to singular. Just a thought. In addition is the quality very low, it's cut pine, painted with wood stain. The smell of the paint took two days to wear off. All in all, everyone could do this as a DIY project on Sunday morning...but little did I know. It's definitely not worth the money, they're asking.
