We are really happy with the quality of these shelves. We were able to choose the length and width and stain of the floating shelves. They are extremely sturdy and I feel confident they will hold a lot of weight. It took about 2 hours to install after watching video and reading directions so it wasn't too difficult. The length of ours took 2 people just for the initial hold . A smaller length would only require 1 person. We love it and would buy again.

Excellent quality wood, very sturdy steel bracket. I found the color that I received was not exactly like the one pictured however they do have an option for unfinished wood so you can stain them exactly how you wish. I’ll be going this route next time.
Overall the quality is very good and I don’t mind paying more for a good product that we will keep, use and live with for a long time. These shelves are stained with oil base finish which means that in the future you could strip them and re-finish to match a new decor if desired. Also the brackets are made of thick mild steel which makes them easy to drill your own holes if you need to mount them into a stud but the holes provided don't line up.

The shelf looks great however the included drywall anchors were totally useless and destroyed my wall leaving huge holes where they didn’t grip when the screws were driven in. Fortunately I had other anchors available and was able to cover up the massive holes the supplied anchors left behind. Tips for any future buyer use more but smaller standard anchors!

Great shelf and happy with the modifications made to provide it. Unfortunately, the 16 inch mounting bracket did not have screw holes at the end of the bracket, as shown in the sample, which allow attaching to 16 inch center studs. Had to drill my own with a high speed metal bit. As well the stain was not fully dry on the mounting side of the shelves and left stain marks on the wall during the installation process.

The shelves are beautiful. Better than expected. I ordered 4 shelves and stacked 3 on one side of my fireplace and 1 on the other side. I’m not posting a picture because I still want to order a new custom sized mantel, (which I will do in time, from Urbandi) and it won’t look perfect until the new mantel is installed and the fireplace is reconditioned. Anyway. The shelves are great!

The shelves look great, the color was just like the sample, and the subtle differences in each shelf from the natural wood really add character to them.
My only gripe is that there is no clarification on what drill bit to use to drill the pilot hole for the drywall anchors. I broke about 5 trying to get them screwed in.

I ordered the sample kit which was helpful in deciding the final color. Each one of the 5 samples was a 4”x4”square. I Purchased the pine shelves in provincial-8” deep. They are good quality and color matches the sample exactly. I used them in between cabinets so the mounting bracket was not very usable . There are notches on the top and bottom instead of holes so it’s tough to get it level. It’s also not as sturdy as I would have thought and dips down a bit which was surprising with the mounting brackets. 4 stars for me . Beautiful but probably would not buy again as there are companies with better mounting brackets out there

The shelf looks nice but it hangs down uneven. It’s level against the wall but it slopes down about a centimeter. I want to buy another to go above it but am afraid I will have two sloping shelves.

Pretty nice floating shelves. Nice finish and fairly easy to install. Getting them level front to back requires some tweaking and for me some wood shims but because they’re so easy to remove it wasn’t a big deal to remove the shelf, adjust the bracket and reinstall the shelf. Had to do it a couple times but wasn’t a big deal. I’d buy them again.

The shelves themselves are good….little challenging on the install and had to add bigger screws to get them level on the wall…..and yes we drilled into the studs. My big issue was with the delivery. Probably a FedEx issue but worth noting that the shelves sustained slight damage…not enough to send back because we were in a hurry but also they delivered to the wrong address. My daughter and I had to go down the street to get them off another front porch….and these things were very heavy!

We had problem with the screws being too long when screwed into the anchor bolts, the anchor bolts started turning. So we had to change them out to toggle bolts. They otherwise look very sturdy. We would like to order some more but would like to address this problem first. Thank you.
