I had ordered a smaller shelf prior and was satisfied, so I ordered this one. However, the colors did not match. The wood tone did not impress me as the first order looked very rustic, but this one looked more manufactured. I'll use it, but was not completely satisfied with this second order.

The brackets we received are all out of true except for 2. We just spent time in the shop trying 10 brackets back to 90 degrees. Also I've got a 3' shelf that's about 1/4 twisted throughout. I'm not happy at all with my choice.

I added this shelf to our 120-year-old church wall and it looks great. It only took a power drill, pencil, level, and about 15 minutes to install. It is also very solid. I immediately went home and ordered two new shelves for my home.

High quality materials (brackets are extremely heavy), measurements were almost identical (but note, there was a 1/8" difference between the two). Shelves are straight (no warping) and installation was very straight forward. For the price, these are easily one of the best options for "floating" style shelves available. Highly recommended.

I am happy to see this - it’s just as pretty as pictured but the package was damaged (looks like a taped on extended cardboard end came loose) and the corners on 1 end of wood shelf are dinged up - also 1 of the metal brackets got loose and left indents in the wood shelf that is not part of the rustic look. The brackets are painted black and when you use the screwdriver to add screws the paint comes off-

The two shelves I ordered look great and I'm happy to have purchased them. That said, there were scratches on one face of one of the shelves, and one of the four brackets was slightly bent and scratched. Not sure if this was a packaging issue or prior to shipment. Also, the directions referred to included screws, but there weren't any included. Not a big deal, they still function perfectly and the flaws are hidden, but that's why only 4 instead of 5 stars.
