Substantial piece allowing us to decide quality and color

I just ordered a sample, and the item received appeared to be of excellent quality. I didn’t purchase an actual shelf because the finish didn’t match the cabinets where I was going to use the shelves. $15 for a sample is quite a lot, but I’m glad I ordered a sample before purchasing very expensive shelves that didn’t match.

Unfortunately the sample is not an ideal match to our kitchen cabinets (IKEA walnut finish). Can sample be returned?

So glad I ordered this Walnut sample to clarify that it actually is a dark walnut as shown in the picture and not the orange shown in the selection circle.

Like quality. May want a lighter color however

Beware. Not only do they not refund if returning a sample, but the walnut sample looked horrible. very poor sanding, dry areas where needed more clear finish, etc.
