The white oak shelves look fantastic in our half-bath. We updated the bath and the shelves came out just perfect. The quality to mount the shelves and the quality of workmanship and wood are top notch!

We absolutely love these shelves! They have completely transformed the kitchen wall over the blank wall into a gorgeous, modern focal point over the kitchen sink. The hidden bracket design is incredibly sturdy, and they sit perfectly flush against the drywall with zero sagging. The wood finish looks premium and feels heavy, not cheap or hollow at all. Installation took less than twenty minutes with a level and a power drill. If you are on the fence about buying these, just do it!
This is the second time I’ve purchased something from this outstanding shop (the first was an oak block side table). In both cases I’ve been so impressed with quality and craftsmanship. These are solid oak. Beautifully milled, manufactured and finished. If you’re not a skilled DIY’r I might recommend you hire someone on the install but for us (we’ve been hobby remodelers for decades) the install was easy and the mounting is SOLID. When I’m considering a nicely crafted piece of wood furniture, I will undoubtedly look to Urbandi first. Fabulous.

Very poorly designed with shotty craftsmanship. Shelf refuses to sit flush to the wall on one side, while the other is fine. The shelf is designed such that you basically cannot use the end holes, which would allow the shelf to actually fit flush and would provide additional support. Overall, do not recommend.
You sent me the wrong brackets and I called your customer service to explain and your rep denied and gave me the run around. I haven’t even put any weight on them and they are sloping just as I’d said would happen to the girl who was terrible at customer service. She read a long pretend narrative that the brackets would work even though I’d already ordered and installed the same exact shelves with much larger brackets and called to ask for a replacement of the small and incorrect ones. I am Beyond sad and disappointed Really could’ve been way to rectify your problem and yet you let a poor customer service rep lose you many customers. I will tell everyone I know how bad this was for no reason.
The shelves are beautiful. The only issue we encountered was length we waited for them. Client is very happy.

As many have said, the order takes longer than posted. Assume 30 days from ordering. Shelves are great and the mounting bracket is fine as well. The larger shelves are challenging to get the support bracket and pre-drilled holes aligned. Overall nice shelves and appreciate that they are real wood.
The shelves came with stains on them. Some sort of strain oil sample was included in the package and it stained the wood. We love the shelves and quality, but not sure what to do about the stain

Great quality and easy to install
These are Quality floating shelves we used ours for bedside tables. The finish is well done but I messed up when I ordered the finish. It was supposed to be white wash like the other ones I ordered, but I guess I clicked the finished only ones. It’s OK though it’s my mistake, but they are high-end products. You won’t be disappointed.
The shelves are exactly what we were looking for! They’re extremely well made, easy to install, and come in so many dimensions we found the perfect size.

Great value and very nicely made
The shelves are good quality and the color is very nice. However, the handyman noticed that the hole positions are inconsistent across the shelves, which makes the misalignment visible to the naked eye. Given that we paid $570 for three 24” shelves, I expected better precision. The company offered to replace the entire unit, but we’ve already paid for the handyman to install the metal brackets on the wall. The issue is with the misaligned wooden shelf, so that is the only component that needs to be replaced. Additionally, the original order was delayed in shipping, so the proposed solution is not practical for us.
These are such nice shelves. I initially bought one from West Elm, and just wasn’t pleased with the quality. And then purchased these and was blown away. They are solid oak and are so sturdy. Really high-end.

I am very disappointed 😞 the first shelf hung great. The second shelf is sagging down and won't sit level. It's like the shelf is tilting down. While the instructions were outdated, my husband has enough installation experience to finish. Just very disappointing after spending so much money on real wood shelves. I could have paid a fraction of the cost for Ikea and had them level. The color is the clear coated oak (which I picked and am at fault for) but it's really like a hardcore orange / 90's oak from my mother's dining room. I thought it would be more neutral colored but it's definitely oak.
They are even more beautiful than expected. Love the color it is perfect. These shelves are solid wood and have solid brackets and hardware included. They came packaged very well for delivery. Also arrived in the delivery window. So happy we ordered from here.
