I just wanted to thank you for the great shelves that I recently ordered from you for my small kitchen renovation (pictures attached... I'm not posting the reno online so I couldn't tag you). I am still very much in the middle of the renovation (which was a complete gut down to studs/joists) but wanted to share how your shelves are part of the main kitchen area. My girlfriend and I are VERY happy with how they turned out. We both moved here to Pittsburgh from Cincinnati and were surprised that we didn't know about you when we lived there (or we would've come to the showroom). We love your products and also your sourcing (Pittsburgh steel!) and will definitely order again for any future needs.

We chose ash as our material and are thrilled with their appearance. At 72 by 12 inches, they are somewhat heavy, but most DIY'ers should be able to mount them. My wife and I, both in our 70's, installed the shelves ourselves, with the top one being seven and a half feet off the floor! These shelves are a beautiful addition to our living room.
The shelves were the finishing touch to our kitchenette in the above garage studio apartment.

Fitted two short shelves to match the long ones, purchased earlier this year, and we are really pleased with the final result. Very professional look for minimum effort.
One of the shelves does not sit flush against the wall, the metal bracket forces it to push out. Additionally, it was not sitting perpendicular to the wall, and I had to put a screw in the side to keep it level. The wood is beautiful, but I think these are just too heavy for these braces. They really need to be stronger.
We love the shelves!! They are made of solid wood. They arrived within the appropriate time frame . Most importantly they keep you updated as to the progress of the shelves. Customer service is outstanding.

So many options and the installation is simple. Very well designed, sturdy, and looks amazing. I’m very pleased considering the price, super affordable.
Rather disappointed that this was shipped to us in this condition. We can fully accept that wood has natural inconsistencies that are part of the beauty, but the issues we see here are not "natural" but rather damage and flaws from mishandling the materials. Really a shame.
Beautiful quality. Arrived quickly, with excellent packaging for protection. I got the 12” deep floating shelves, at 66” long, so they were quite heavy. I installed them with heavy wood screws at 2-1/2” long into the studs to be on the safe side. Both shelves initially sagged downward once I slid the shelves onto the brackets, so I needed to shim the bottom edge of the bracket with additional screws as shown in the installation video. That worked. The downside to that technique is that to get the perfect amount of shim protusion, I had to repetitively remove every single screw to access the shim screws to either tighten or loosen. But overall it was a useful technique and the shelves look amazing!

Just what we were looking for. Solid and sturdy. Got the unfinished Ash wood and it is perfect.
Love how easy these were to install. The holes could be drilled a little deeper in the shelf so the bracket lays flush. There is a slight gap against the wall and the shelf. The color options are great, a perfect match to what we were looking for.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and Laundry room. After the cabinets were installed my wife realized that she did not have a place to hang up clothes that she wanted to air dry. We got a price for a shelf from the cabinet maker but the price was over $1,000. My wife had seen a floating shelf in an advertisement, so I researched the internet on what was available. I felt that your product was the best for our application. I purchased the unfinished shelf and then painted the shelf to match the cabinets in our laundry room. It was very easy to install - just follow the directions. The only recommendation I would make to add to the directions is that prior to installing the metal bracket, is to wipe it down the metal bracket with paint thinner or a similar product to remove the oil film. As I handled the metal bracket to install, it I got an oil film on my hands and then got finger prints on the shelf and other items that I had touched, then I had to spend time cleaning them.

These shelves are perfect. I just had them put up yesterday and they are just what I was hoping for. They are fairly heavy and very substantial.

Shelves were shipped out quickly and are beautiful. They are very heavy because they are a solid piece of wood rather than a built box. Installation process was pretty smooth and my husband was able to do it in a few hours over top of tile. Assuming they hold weight ok we will be very happy. Love the look. Quality is great. Price was great as well.
Really thick, solid, beautiful wood. It was a little tricky to line up the bracket correctly because we had to trim the shelf down a bit. But it’s sturdy and looks seamless.

Love the product. Solid, easy to install and nicely finished. Turn around time was reasonable even over end of the holidays My only complaint is that twice I posed questions to them on the chat feature and never got a response to either.
