The mantle came out nice and was about the color we expected. As others have mentioned, if you look up close you can tell it’s not solid/ multiple pine pieces from the corners, but for the price it looks great. If I wanted a solid piece of wood that bad, I’d have spent the $1,200. I also have a 32lb center channel sitting (half) on it, and it’s constructed well enough that I’m not worried about the weight.

Need a mantel for my record listening room. This was reasonably priced and a no hassle install (20 mins). I used 4 tapcon screws a level. And hammer drill with masonry bit. Could not be easier.

Looks good! I thought it was going to be solid so I had already had brackets installed prior to stone application to find out it was hollow with a wedge brace application. Other than that , it looks good and the color matches the beams that were installed in the house as well

Mantel is as described/pictured. Only issue I had was the piece of wood to hang the mantel on was used. Someone had already drilled several non-uniform holes through it. I was still able to use it; however, I would expect a new product. Thanks!

The shelf was well-made. However, the color was lighter than we had wanted. We called the company and they said we could lightly sand it and stain over to darken, which is what we did. In the end, we got a beautiful Rich dark collar for our mantle, and we love it. Very, very easy to hang.

The stain ended up being darker than the photo showed. I know that staining wood can be unpredictable, but we were hoping it would be a tough lighter. Also, the mounting bracket should probably go the whole length of the mantel. I was unable to use it to mount the mantel because of the masonry block behind it.

Ordering was easy. It didn't take too long to receive the item. There are some seams and glue but we will put that on the bottom when we hang the mantel. The overall look is very nice and will fit in with our new fireplace.
