Mantel was dirty and dusty when we received it. To say the least, we weren't impressed. I know you were under pressure to get it out quickly, but to send out a dirty piece is unacceptable. If there is an application, we MIGHT use you again, but I'm not sure I would recommend you to someone.

We were very disappointed in our mantel purchase and we returned it to you. It looked nothing like the picture on your website. There was no distressing. The corners were not rounded to look like a beam. They were square sharp corners. It looked like 1 by 8’s just hammered together. We could have done that if that’s what we wanted. It was suppose to look like a beam. The color was supposed to be whiskey barrel color and it was dark charcoal paint. There were no highs and lows in the paint. Very disappointing.

We were concerned about how this mantel would look since only saw online photos. The wood is very light and kind of cheap like(but that is why it is so lightweight) but to be honest the mantel looks awesome. It was very easy to install and we are so happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!

We needed to replace a reclaimed wood mantle that was warped and just driving us crazy because it wasn’t installed QUITE right (long story). The distressed mantle option was perfect-absolutely square, lightweight and easy to install! Looks very similar to what we had only better! Great communication from them as well regarding custom sizing options!

The mantle came out nice and was about the color we expected. As others have mentioned, if you look up close you can tell it’s not solid/ multiple pine pieces from the corners, but for the price it looks great. If I wanted a solid piece of wood that bad, I’d have spent the $1,200. I also have a 32lb center channel sitting (half) on it, and it’s constructed well enough that I’m not worried about the weight.

Need a mantel for my record listening room. This was reasonably priced and a no hassle install (20 mins). I used 4 tapcon screws a level. And hammer drill with masonry bit. Could not be easier.

Looks good! I thought it was going to be solid so I had already had brackets installed prior to stone application to find out it was hollow with a wedge brace application. Other than that , it looks good and the color matches the beams that were installed in the house as well
