Shelves are ok, but after installing them on the wall they are not stable, there’s quite a bit of movement in them, brackets on the bottom seem to be needed to keep them from moving. They also seem to be sagging. We’d hoped to use these as open shelves in our kitchen but are putting them somewhere else instead since they are not as solid once installed as we’d expect them to be.

I ordered 2 boxes of the product "Black and White Maple Floating Shelves" in two different sizes, both in the "White" option from their ordering page on the website. 14 days after the order was confirmed, I received 2 boxes in 2 different colors, one white, one black. On cursory inspection, it also looks like one of the metal supports is bent slightly. I will write a followup email to report on how Customer Service responds and how quickly.

We got finished floating shelves size 60x8 and 38x8 in maple. There is some slight variation between the two pieces, but love how they turned out overall. Fairly easy to install once you can find the studs in the wall.

These are worth every penny you’ll ever spend. They are built to last and beyond sturdy. I bought floating shelves from PB that were four times the price but 1/10 of the quality of these. The quality and elegance of this floating shelf went beyond my expectations. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and goes perfectly above my window. Received well packaged and wood appears sturdy and looks great. Hardware is different from advertised and from instructions which show center holes. No center holes and each one had different spacing between screw slots. On was close so could get screws in same stud, other too far to get two screws in a stud. Hardware varies from shelf to shelf so requires different measurements and alignment for each in attempting to hit studs. Studs required as boards very heavy if you plan to have any weight on these. Very difficult to line up ends as seen in pictures because of variations in hardware. Tough to get shelves level and not appear sagging. These are on a flat and level wall. Will need to go back and adjust middle one again. Looks nice, not as expected

Wood quality is great! Love the finish which really shows off the beauty of the wood. Only complaint is the metal bracket alignment was a bit off which causes one of the shelves to lean slightly downward. Only noticeable from the side.

Nicely made shelves and mounting units. Dimensions were spot on, the lamination (10" wide shelf) well done, finishing is solid. Mounting brackets are easy to use and sturdy. Good value product.
The only letdown is the slightly poor mounting hardware. The number and quality of screws/anchors left something to be desired. Including something like 6 quality screws and anchors per shelf (rather than 8 screws for 6' of heavy shelving) would be a minimal cost and improve customer experience.
