The shelves are beautiful! We used the youtube video with tips and troubleshooting shooting instructions on how to hang, as one shelf was not quite flush to the wall and thus tilted downward. Once we made the adjustments, the issue was solved and they all look terrific! Highly recommend!

I butted two shelves together to a long display shelf. The shelves are an excellent quality made of wood and not pressed wood. The hangers are sturdy.. I snapped a level line and put both hangers on that line but the shelves hung at different angles. I hand to install a mending plate to get the fronts to line up properly. But they look good. It is a little difficult to put the shelves on to the hanging bars but they are snug and stay put after you get it on.

I ordered a large shelf 84 x 12, the hardware that was included definitely didn't support the weight of that shelf so that was time and work wasted. I ordered 8 heavy duty shelf holders (there went the floating shelf idea), also bought heavy duty wall anchors. That was holding up as soon as items were placed on the shelf. None of the heavy duty stuff could hold up the shelf plus a few items. I don't sell shelves that are too heavy to stay on a wall. Now I have to get a drywaller to fix extensive damage to the wall and the whole experience is super expensive and frustrating.

Its really too bad Urbandi refuses to respect their customers wishes. I asked to be unsubscribed from their emails and their groveling for reviews yet they continue to ignore my requests. They want a review so here you go.
The product (wood) is the real deal. Its heavy and looks nice. I cannot recommend. The support bar is poorly engineered. in spite of precise installation, the shelf is not level. It may not be important to you but if you buy more than one and you place them next to each other you will find they dont align. A perfect alignment/leveling of the support bar gets you horribly imbalanced shelves. Additionally the bar itself was not well thought out. No matter what you do, if you want to use wall studs to anchor to, you can but you will only be able to anchor either the top or the bottom of the support bar, not both. This is useless as you will still be required to use the supplied heavy duty sheet rock anchors they provide which leave HUGE holes in the wall. If better engineered, the support bar could be built such that (assuming you get a shelf that is long enough) you will be able to use the wall studs and anchor both the top and bottom of the anchor.
My wall anchors looked like Helen Keller built them as they were so out of alignment when removed from the shelves that it is no wonder the shelves never aligned even though they were perfectly balanced

Have not mounted the shelves yet. They seem solid. The only issues is the color is way lighter than the picture. I was hoping to match with my current cabinets which are a few shades darker maple. I guess a quick strip and refinish is in order! Maybe you can offer more color variations.

The anchors that came with the shelves are nut sufficient to support shelves this heavy, though, so make sure you are securing the welded mounting brackets to studs

I’m very sad to report that it took about a month for my order to arrive, only for me to receive the wrong item. This has delayed the completion of my kitchen remodel. Julia from customer service has been kind, but she initially asked me to return the incorrect order by bringing it to FedEx. I can barely lift one of the shelves they sent, let alone the entire box containing two shelves. This would have required me to hire someone just to transport it. I found it very unreasonable for Urbandi to expect me to spend additional time and money to fix their mistake.
Only after I expressed these concerns to Julia and specifically asked for a pickup service did she offer to have UPS retrieve the incorrect order. While this was an improvement, I still have the inconvenience of working from home on Friday between 12–5 PM just to wait for UPS. On top of that, I had to figure out how to repackage the excessively heavy and already torn box.
Additionally, the order arrived poorly packaged in a thin, ripped box, and one of the shelves had a scratch. Now, I have to wait another 3–7 business days for them to ship the correct order. Given their inadequate packaging, I’m worried it will arrive damaged. For a custom, high-priced item, this has been a very disappointing experience.

The shelves are beautiful and well-built. They installed easily with the provided hardware. The holes in the bracket are staggered 1 up and 1 down every inch. I ended up using screws in both holes into each stud to reduce the chance that the shelf would sag or slip out.

The maple floating shelves were perfect for our small bathroom. We installed two of them under our floating sink. The functionality of being able to easily slide them on and off the wall is great as it helps us more easily access the plumbing they hide! They are very solid and beautifully made.

The quality of the wood is great . I’ve yet to install them because they are very heavy for just 12 inch shelves. I ordered the finished maple to go with my kitchen cabinets; in the notes I said to lean toward a darker stain. These are almost natural color. Much lighter than the pictures online and not what I expected. They took a long time to ship, so I don’t think I want to return them.

These shelves are absolutely beautiful, strong and functional beyond compare. They are solid with a buttery soft finish that showcases the woodgrain and unique nuances. The mounting post hardware is the strongest most durable I've ever seen. I love them. They're perfect kitchen makeover floating shelves! These shelves are absolutely gorgeous and solid, but there’s a flaw in the mounting system. The bracket is sturdy, and the shelves slide right on, but they also slide right off. There’s no way of securing the shelf to the bracket which seems dangerous for a heavy, solid piece of wood. Without this issue, I’d have easily given the shelves 5 stars.

Loved the high quality and thickness of the wood shelves. We appreciated the choices we had for sizes and finish and were given email updates for delivery. The only recommendation we have is including deck screws for easier drilling into wall beams. Far better product than any other brands. Highly recommend.

Beautiful wood. I really liked the quality of my shelf that I ordered to go above the toliet in my bathroom. Unfortunately, it is too thick (I know that should be a good thing) and looks too heavy in my little bathroom. But that is totally my fault for not visualizing that in advance of ordering.

The shelves themselves are wonderful. Beautiful wood and nicely finished. However, the 10” shelves that I bought do not have an adequate hanging system. The shelves themselves lean before putting anything else on them. I installed the brackets screwed into two studs each with two additional hollow wall anchors on each . So I don’t think it was installation. I am disappointed in those brackets and have ordered different ones at no small cost. We also ordered a 6” shelf and it is great! Five stars for that one

Beautiful, high quality shelves. Responsive customer service and fast delivery. After dealing with another manufacturer for weeks, we switched to Urbandi and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up doing the finished floating maple shelves (30"x10" and 48"x10").
These would've been 5 stars, but two of our shelves had had a significant amount of heartwood (dark brown wood). I usually love variations in wood grain but I would've preferred the shelves be a bit more uniform. All other shelves the grain was perfect. We were in a rush to finish so we just installed those shelves higher up and you'd never know the difference.
