My shelf arrived busted with dents and cracks. Because I’ve been waiting so long for these, I hung them anyway but now I wish I hadn’t. You can see the dents and marks even from a distance.

Three 5 star shelves. Two 20 inch and one 16 inch. Love the wood grain and color. These are the maple hardwood. Solid, incredible shelves and the hardware was also 5 star. 😎🙌
I absolutely love my floating shelves. I bought them unfinished because I was going to try and stain them but after looking at the wood and how beautiful they were, I just did a poly coat. They are absolutely perfect! Customer service is extraordinary! I was going to be out of town when they were delivered, and I asked if they could hold them until I returned. They were very accommodating! My plan is to buy a new fireplace mantle from them when the time comes. Exceptional quality!

Ordered a custom size 7' long unfinished shelf. Very well made. Was a little concerned that the mounting wouldn't hold the weight of the shelf but the hardware, once installed, was very sturdy. Minor disappointment that the wood was split when opening the package. Not worth sending back ... a little wood glue did the trick. Once stained, couldn't see. Would defenitely order again.
Great shelves - both esthetically and functionally!
Quality of the wood was excellent however, the installation bracket is misrepresented. It is. not as illustrated on website or in theinstallation instructions. I am familiar with the bracket I thought we were to receive. the mounting bracket came with only Center slots running horizontally and no way to adjust the tilt up/down, forward to back. Very disappointed in customer service reply as well.
I need the shelf replaced. The other one looks perfect because it’s one piece of wood. The picture that I’ve shown has two pieces of wood mitered together and they don’t even appear to be the same type of wood. This is now going to hold my project up because I can’t put this up the way it looks. Can you please expedite a replacement for the same type of shelf but one solid piece

Loved the first shelf but the second one I had to order because I thought the first came with two. The second one was so much darker and didn’t really match the first I had hide the bad side on top but the bottom of the top shelf was still a lot darker. The quality and finish was excellent though
I have bought the sample in advance to make sure of the color and what isn’t the surprise to realize the color is completely different. Very disappointing for a shelf that cost me over $300.
I couldn't be happier with the beautiful maple shelves from Urbandi for my remodeled kitchen. Customer service was awesome as I had to return my 36" shelves for 39" due to a kitchen layout change. They even provided the shipping labels for the return. I received the replacements in a timely manner and they totally complement my remodeled kitchen. I also ordered two small floating shelves that add just the right amount of interest. I would highly recommend Urbandi to anyone looking for quality shelves and great customer service!

The shelves are really great quality. Solid maple. Easy to put up. ( though my husband put them up, so very easy for me) Oddly, after looking and debating what to get and where to get shelves, I ordered the wrong size. I think this size worked out even better, so I was happy for MY error. They arrived very well packed and much quicker than I expected. Worth every penny. A very happy customer indeed. Would highly recommend. ( and I don’t always like to admit it, but I’m picky)
The shelves came scratched and the color changed drastically within 12inches. One of the shelves is also warped, twisted and we can't get it to be level. I received a partial refund due to lower quality.
The shelves are beautiful! We used the youtube video with tips and troubleshooting shooting instructions on how to hang, as one shelf was not quite flush to the wall and thus tilted downward. These shelves are gorgeous, solid and very well-built. I had high expectations and the quality of this product easily exceeded them.
I butted two shelves together to a long display shelf. The shelves are an excellent quality made of wood and not pressed wood. The hangers are sturdy.. I snapped a level line and put both hangers on that line but the shelves hung at different angles. I hand to install a mending plate to get the fronts to line up properly. But they look good. It is a little difficult to put the shelves on to the hanging bars but they are snug and stay put after you get it on.

I received my shelve and it's beautiful. I ordered the 84 x 12 shelve and it's seriously heavy not yet on the wall since I will need another set of hands for that. The installation seems very straightforward so I'm not anticipating any issues with that.

I’m very sad to report that it took about a month for my order to arrive, only for me to receive the wrong item. This has delayed the completion of my kitchen remodel. Julia from customer service has been kind, but she initially asked me to return the incorrect order by bringing it to FedEx. I can barely lift one of the shelves they sent, let alone the entire box containing two shelves. This would have required me to hire someone just to transport it. I found it very unreasonable for Urbandi to expect me to spend additional time and money to fix their mistake. Only after I expressed these concerns to Julia and specifically asked for a pickup service did she offer to have UPS retrieve the incorrect order. While this was an improvement, I still have the inconvenience of working from home on Friday between 12–5 PM just to wait for UPS. On top of that, I had to figure out how to repackage the excessively heavy and already torn box. Additionally, the order arrived poorly packaged in a thin, ripped box, and one of the shelves had a scratch. Now, I have to wait another 3–7 business days for them to ship the correct order. Given their inadequate packaging, I’m worried it will arrive damaged. For a custom, high-priced item, this has been a very disappointing experience.
