Quality of the substrate and finish is superb and the mounting bracket is fantastic - allowing for spacing between studs and extra mounting ports to assuage my fears. These shelves are more like pieces of fine art that add to the style and comfort of your home. We appreciate the quality material and craftsmanship. The only thing we can offer as a suggestion for improvement is to include larger wall anchors for installation. Sometimes the studs are not where you need them!

The shelves are beautiful and easy to install. The installation design is very stable. However one shelf had a one inch by half inch filler on the side which is as very obvious My contractor attempted to flip the shelf so the filler hole was on the side of the shelf that wasn’t visible. That didn’t work because the shelf was not level. There’s only one way the shelf fit. So he covered the filler mark with some wood stain and it’s mostly not visible now. But didn’t want to wait another month for a replacement

The shelf is beautiful! I wanted an unfinished walnut shelf so that I could match a custom stain myself, and this is perfect. The wood is gorgeous! The support bracket is brilliantly designed to work in practically any application, and it was easy to install. Five stars plus!!

8" × 48" shelf. Mounted the wall support with (6) 1/4 x 1 3/4 in. Tapcon T30 screws. The support was level and plumb. The shelf fit snuggly. One side of the shelf had some checks in the finish but its on the bottom and not visible.

These shelves are absolutely beautiful. Sanded and finished beautifully. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because the side of one of my shelves was cracked almost clear through, about three-four inch crack along the end. Thankfully the shelves are hung high and I was able to face that edge towards the ceiling and no one will see the crack. The shelves were packaged so carefully and the packaging was not damaged so I have to assume it happened pre-packaging and missed quality controls notice. We also ordered a mantle shelf that hasn’t shipped yet, but I can’t wait to see how it turns out! Would buy here again.

It's a really nice shelf but mount could be better. It's not level with the shelf so I had to do some math to install it in order for the final product to be level. Also there is a slight gap between the shelf and the wall, but that could also be due to custom screws I used (cement backer board, can't use supplied drywall screws)

Wood shelves are great quality, floating hardware not so much. Quality is hit or miss. i ordered 3 shelves. The longest of the 3 (48" x 8") had a great bracket- predrilled holes are 90% inside the metal stock and catches the wood screws and holds them in. The other 2 shelves (24" x 12") had pre-drilled holes only 50% inside the metal stock. these are not as secure as the wood screws make half the contact to the bracket. not as secure.

Love our two walnut floating shelves! Perfect look for our dining room and really looks and feels of quality. Also very impressed with Urbanos customer support. When one of our two shelves showed up with a slight imperfection, I sent an email asking what could be done. They got back to me almost immediately and offered great options for getting a new one shipped out along with a return label. Definitely would recommend and will be purchasing from Urbandi again in the future.

Ordered 5 shelves in various sizes, all 12" wide, finished walnut. I only opened one package so far (keeping them safe until installation) but the one I saw is beautiful.
