We decided to splurge and get the samples and I am so glad we did. Now we don't have to guess what the stain color is and we don't have to do the work ourselves! My husband wanted to get the unstained so we could match it to our existing wood. Now that we know it matches we don't have to deal with the hassle of staining it ourselves. I am so glad we bought the samples!

I ordered some samples for some shelves. They are all very good quality I ordered shelves from these samples to be used in our new home office. The shelves come in many lengths and depths. What sets them apart for others is the 2 inches of thickness. Can’t wait to get them

It would be great if the samples are a bit less expensive.

I expected to get the white oak in finished and unfinished version and instead I paid $17 to get 4 samples that I didnt ask for: -provincial -aged barrel -jacobean -aged oak So now I still don't know what finish would look best

The two white oak wood finish samples were very helpful to have. I do think their cost is steep.

Highly recommend getting the samples. It helped me to decide what wood and finish to go with. It was different than I originally planned. They came super quickly too!

The sample colors were too dark.

I ordered 2 samples and they sent me several so show the various grains in the wood. Beautiful and very helpful for making a decision. I am anxiously waiting for my white oak mantle to arrive.

Very nice quality and nice to see two different finishes.

Absolutely get these. My monitor wasn't doing any justice to the actual look of the wood in my place. How, light reflects off it at different times of the day etc. It completely changed my choice of finish. Get them even if you are absolutely sure about your choice from what you see on your monitor.

Very helpful sample! Multiple sides of the wood is finished, unfinished, whitewashed finished and unfinished. So important to envision the wood type in my space.

It was a nice size sample that helped me make a decision on color.

I ordered four samples. Although it does not say it on their website, they refused to take them as returns (plus 15% restock fee which is mentioned on the website). We'll see how it works out after i dispute the credit card charge

The sample came quickly and in great shape. Based off the finish and coloring of the sample, I just placed an order for some custom size floating shelves and some other shelves to finish my remodeling project. Looking forward to receiving them.

I appreciate how professional you are-- and your shelves are just what I am looking for- except for the color-- I am looking for something lighter. Walnut? Your white oak is pretty- just has too much brown in it for what I want. Thank you.
