Ordered my mantle and it arrived in just a few days. Well built and easy to mount to my new fireplace entertainment wall. French cleat install is easy and mantle looks great! I looked at some other mantle manufacturers and Urbandi had a good looking product at a great price. The mantle came with instructions and hardware to mount the mantle.

Exactly what I expected. The instructions for install could be a little more detailed. I personally did not have an issue with it but I'm pretty handy. Someone less experienced may have trouble.

The wood mounting bar was warped at least by 2” to 3”. So badly bent / bowed that if I place the mantel onto it,,, it became like a see-saw.

Affordable, stylish & easy to install! Overall, I'm happy with my Urbandi purchase! The mantle is real wood so it looks natural & not fake. It's SUPER easy to install and completes our living room.
I'd recommend asking for a picture prior to shipment. The first Aged Oak mantel we received look more like Aged Barrel/Provicinal mix (it's the third picture on my review). Thankfully, they were willing to resend a second mantel but charge a shipping fee to do so. I requested a picture prior to shipment- they forgot- but thankfully the second mantle was more what we were looking for.

Horrible, Rotten!
Crooked, open glue joints. Put stain on the raw wood and swirl marks from heavy grit sand paper were everywhere! I had to strip the stain and re-sand it. Hours of work to make it right. I installed it, but it had a hump in it and was difficult to level.

Nice product for a good price. Easy to install/hang. hollow box construction provides an easy pathway for running speaker wiring to left, right, and center speakers - drilled three small holes behind each speaker for the wires to come through. just need to add the tile/stone surround now. Happy with this product.

Mantle shipped quickly and without any issue in transit! It’s easy to install (we found studs luckily) and haven’t yet secured it down because we have painters coming and we will remove it to allow them to paint freely around it. It’s well-made and hardware is included. We have another fireplace to upgrade and we will definitely use Urbandi again.

my mantel arrived packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner. the only problem was that there were a couple of small areas that needed more stain. I texted with a Urbandi customer service representative who was very pleasant and helpful. She ( he) gave me the name and color of the stain and I was able to purchase a small container locally and touched-up where needed. It was a very satisfying experience dealing with Urbandi and I would recommend them.
